x-man team draft
teams and players per team depend on attendance. tentatively a minimum of 6 players per team.
captains will be chosen amongst those players willing to participate.
date - 4/26/08
time - 10pm captains meeting
prelims and playoffs garaunteed(unofficially 7+ games minimum per player)
no shot cap and a 98 player hit cap

3 teams per game
54 player cap (*Note could go higher if interest is greater)
NAC style scoring
draft rules:
the players chosen to be captains will rank themselves in a secret ballot and then the drafting order will be determined based on those ranks. example: if there are 9 captains, each captain ranks the other 8 players from 1-8(1 being best).
draft order as follows(extend this example to a 6+ captain draft) - (1)cap X, (2)cap Y, (3)cap Z, (4)cap Z, (5)cap Y, (6)cap X, (7)cap X, (8)cap Y, etc.
each draft pick a captain makes must be from a different center(based on the players last center they played for at NAC or if they have never played NAC then they go in the general pool) as the last player he picked (ie - draft sequence from captain Mush - Houston player, NRH player, OKC player, NRH player, Tulsa player, etc.)... only exception would be if only one centers players are left.
